Refund Policy:

No refund after inspection: The fees paid will not be refunded once payment is made and the vehicle is inspected.

Rescheduling: If the customer cannot attend the scheduled appointment, the inspection appointment can be rescheduled provided we are notified 24 hours before the appointment. No additional fees will be charged for rescheduling if prior notice is adhered to.

Payment Issues: In case of any technical error or payment issue, the customer must contact the support team to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Any refund will be processed based on the management’s decision according to the case.
